Passionate about dietetics, nutrition and its impact on health, Annaïg Rauturier has converted professionally to satisfy this passion.
She graduated from the Institut Supérieur Privé en Diététique de Montpellier in 2007.
She is aware that she was lucky enough to be able to work in a clinic for 4 years and then in Home Hospitalization (HAD) on 3 sectors for 7 years.
These experiences have allowed her to meet innumerable pathologies and many modes of care.
By intervening at home, as well as in EHPAD (Establishment accommodating dependent elderly people), she has had the opportunity to meet many personalities.
She has now been working in a private practice for a year.
Annaïg likes to consider the nutritional care as a puzzle, to find the food adapted to each one, in the respect of the way of life, the culture, the religion or the convictions of her interlocutors.
She likes to look for the most adapted solutions and to accompany in the learning process.
