Demographic, because it is one of the factors contributing to the increase in the population .
Secondly, economic, because jobs linked to the advancing age (life support workers, care assistants, animators, for example) can be created or developed.
This has the potential to create jobs in the countries concerned. Jobs that could prevent a sometimes hazardous exodus.
It is on this aspect of supporting the elderly, outside our borders, that our team is called upon to intervene.
